Reboot Phones

Phones can be rebooted remotely through the Admin Portal. This can be done to update a company directory on the device or as part of troubleshooting an issue.

Login to the Admin Portal using a web browser.

Select Profiles from the top menu.

Select the check box next to the phones you wish to reboot (it’s best to do around 35 or less at a time).

Click the Reboot button.

At the Confirmation prompt, click Continue.

A notification will appear letting you know the reboot signal has been sent to the phones.
