User Portal Password Reset

To give a user limited access to the CloudVoice portal simply change the web portal password in their profile page. This will allow the user limited assess to their profile to performed limited tasks such as changing the call forwarding options and accessing softphone clients.

Login to the Admin Portal using a web browser.

Select Profiles from the top menu. Click the appropriate Extension.


Expand the Web Portal section.


Enter the new Portal Password.

Click Save.
