The need to be available, even while not in the office is vital to many people. Using the Follow Me feature allows for calls placed to your desk phone to ring on multiple phones at the same time. Calls can be answered from your desk phone or another phone of your choice.

To enable Follow Me.

Login to your Admin Portal using a web browser.

Once logged into the protal Select Applications from the top menu and select Call Forward from the dropdown menu.

Search for the extension number you want to enable the follow me feature on. Click on the extension number.

From the next screen you can enable all of the call forwarding options.

Select the Enabled button next to Follow Me.

Under destinations enter the number of the extension on the first line and on the second line enter the 10 digit number of the other number you wish to add.

Click Save in the upper right corner.

Follow Me should now be enabled. Once the initial setup has been completed dialing *21 plus the send button from the extension will enable and disable the feature. A recording will announce if you have enabled or disabled this call forwarding feature.
