CloudVoice offers a call waiting feature. This allows for on going calls to be placed on hold. There is also the ability for a second call to be answered while already on another call.
Using Call Waiting
Placing Call on Hold:
While on a call, a soft key on the screen will be labeled Hold. Pressing this button will place the current call on hold with back ground music.
To pickup the call again press the Resume softkey.
Answering a Second Call:
If a second call comes in while on a call, a soft key on the screen will be labeled Answer. Pressing this button will place the current call on hold with back ground music and the second call will be answered.
While on a call, a soft key on the screen will be labeled Hold. Pressing Hold will place the live call on hold and allow you to select between the two calls using the softkey buttons on the screen. Select the call you wish to continue and press the Resume To pickup the call again press the Resume softkey. button.
