CloudVoice gives assess to a Webphone softphone that requires no installation and is launched straight from a web browser.

*** Important: You will need access to the Admin Portal to setup the soft clients. If you don’t have access to the Admin Portal then contact you system administrator.

Webphone Use

Login to your company’s Admin Portal through a web browser.

Select Client-Apps, Webphone from the top menu.

Select the extension you wish to use from the dropdown.

After selecting the extension click Launch.

A new windows will pop up with the Webphone softphone.
