Each extension in the CloudVoice phone system has the option to enable or disable voicemail. If the voicemail has been enabled for the extension then below are the instructions for customizing it.
Voicemail First Time setup
Dial *97 and press Send.
Enter voicemail password followed by the # button.
Press 1 to enter the tutorial
- Full Name
- Change Password
- Record Greeting
To Change Voicemail Settings
Dial *97 and press Send.
Enter voicemail password followed by the # button.
Press 5 and you will be given the options to change settings
- Full Name
- Change Password
- Change Greeting
- Record Greeting
