Each extension in the CloudVoice phone system has the option to enable or disable voicemail. If the voicemail has been enabled for the extension then below are the instructions for customizing it.

To Change Voicemail Settings

• Dial *97 and press Send.
• Enter voicemail password followed by the # button.
• Press 5 and you will be given the options to change settings
• To change your password press 6
• Enter the new password and the press #
