Each mailbox has a recorded name. Users can dial in to their voicemail and record and change this name as the need arises to change it.

To Record a Voicemail Recorded Name

• Dial *97 and press Send.
• Enter voicemail password followed by the # button.
• Press 5 and you will be given the options to change settings
• To record a name press 3.
• At the beep record your name.
• Press # when you are finished recording.
• After listening to the name you can press 3 to rerecord if needed.
• Or press 2 to save the name.
