Each mailbox can hold up to 9 different greetings. Users can dial in to their voicemail and record and change these greetings at will.

To Record a Voicemail Greeting

• Dial *97 and press Send.
• Enter voicemail password followed by the # button.
• Press 5 and you will be given the options to change settings
• To record a greeting press 1.
• There are 9 greeting slots you can record a greeting in. Select a number 1-9 and record your greeting at the beep.
• Press # when you are finished recording.
• After listening to the greeting you can press 3 to rerecord the greeting.
• Or press 2 to save the greeting.
  
  

To Change a Voicemail Greeting

• Dial *97 and press Send.
• Enter voicemail password followed by the # button.
• Press 5 and you will be given the options to change settings
• Press 2 to select which recorded greeting you wish to use (Greeting 1-9).
• If you pick a slot with no recorded greeting you will get the message that the option is invalid.
• Select 1-9 and that greeting will be used.
